We are pleased to present A Celebration of Nantucket, a summer group exhibition opening Thursday, July 2nd at our Main Street gallery.
The exhibition will feature new and noteworthy photographs of our beloved island by artists Nathan Coe, Stephen Wilkes, Thomas Jackson, Mark S. Kornbluth, Vincent Ricardel, Christophe von Hohenberg, Lauren Truono, Debranne Cingari, Michael Kahn, Jami Goldman, Clark Winter, Dan Oberlander, and more.
With this exhibition, C+C Photography Gallery is thrilled to introduce The Nantucket Experience, a twelve-panel multimedia collage by Lauren Truono. Working from thousands of clippings from magazines, newspapers, brochures, postcards, and photographs dating back over 50 years, Truono created this incredibly intricate and impressively largescale work as a love letter to Nantucket.
